At Cart & Co., our team moves through your wedding or event, during cocktail hour, the reception, or on the dance floor, hand-piping fresh cannolis to order. Nothing is pre-filled, and guests can enjoy as many as they like. It’s one of the most unique experiences you can add to a Saint Augustine wedding.

Cart & Co. caters weddings, bridal showers, quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, and upscale private events in Saint Augustine and surrounding areas. Weddings are our specialty. Couples book us when they want dessert catering that feels like part of the celebration and not just another table.
Do you sell individual deserts like a food truck vendor?

No. Cart & Co. is booked by the host and priced for the event as a whole, so guests never pay per item. Unlike food truck or vendor-style dessert sales, our roaming cannolis are unlimited for every guest at your event.

Cart & Co. provides dessert catering for weddings and events in Saint Augustine, Florida, and surrounding areas. We regularly work at Saint Augustine wedding venues including Flagler College, The Treasury on the Plaza, and The Lightner. If your event is a bit farther out, ask us. We may still be able to make it work.
